When I learned my internship would be ending several months before my PCT thruhike would begin, I realized I needed to find more work before I started the trail. During my time after the Appalachian Trail, I got acquainted with the local clubs and did some volunteering with them. That is how I learned about the opportunity to become a Ridgerunner and help out hikers on the AT in Georgia.
