Hot Weather and Bigger Miles

It wasn’t until we had finished making dinner the night before that we realized how low we were on water. Maybe we should have filtered some water at that water source a few miles back. But luckily we woke early, and packed up in the dark. I skipped coffee and opted to reserve our water for the hike and Turk’s breakfast. We tiptoed past Night Crawler’s tent and set off on trail.
