Week Four: Feeling Strong

By Week 4 on trail, I’m feeling strong. While my body has occasional aches and pains, specifically my feet, I think this may be considered normal for anyone hiking this much? None of the pain lasts more than a day at a time. And I think some of it might be paranoia induced.
