Oftentimes, I just want appetizers instead of an entrée at a restaurant. I love to try a bunch of things, and apps are perfect for that. There’s an appetizer unique to where I’m from that is on menus all across town (it was even served at lunch in my high school’s cafeteria): toasted ravioli.
