Today proved to be even better than yesterday. It helps that after early rain we had the best weather of the hike so far. Towards the end it was possible to hike in a T-shirt. Also, there was very little sign of any midges. We did use the locally recommended. Smidge spray. Leaving Rowardennan, we passed the Honesty Box that Patrick found so elusive the day before. The signs to it did leave a lot to be desired.Many of the guides suggested that this section was significantly tougher than the previous section. …
