Day Three – Back On Trail
After my last post, I got back on trail, skipping ahead to Echo. This means I skipped about 17 miles, but considering my Desolation Wilderness permit started that day, I didn’t have any choice. The Desolation Wilderness is the only time limited permitted area on the TRT, and my permit allowed me 2 nights of backcountry camping to cross about 20 miles of trail.
