I shaved my leg around my knee last night so I could tape it this morning. The tape won’t stick on my leg hair. I am hoping that not taping immediately after shaving will reduce the skin irritation. Anyways… the knee seems better this morning. No stiffness, no pain. I still taped it as a precaution.
The trail confirmed my decision to stop yesterday. The climb up was rocky and often steep. No way was I doing that climb at the end of a day on a dodgy knee. …
