At 6:30 am I woke up on the picnic table. Never thought I would say that sentence in my life, but here we are. I was first greeted by a British girl who’s also thru-hiking. Before I was able to pack my quilt, she already had everything packed, ready to go. We were quite impressed by the efficiency and structure she had at camp. We’re total amateurs in comparison, but we’ll learn.
