Finally, Women’s Pants Made Right

Busy women know the value of a versatile pair of pants, capris, or shorts. And let’s face it: There are a lot of busy women. Title Nine is 100% women-owned and led, and was founded with one purpose: make gear that really works for women, in the outdoors, and in life.

This season’s activewear includes an eco-friendly update to key styles—pants and shorts that work hard on the trail, are durable enough for the crag, and look all-day good. These bottoms are fully featured, with a great fit, smart pocketing that holds your stuff without impeding movement, and a PVC-free Durable Water Repellent (DWR) finish for weather resistance.

Built specifically for women, Title Nine’s pants and shorts are breathable, functional, and durable enough to handle any and all adventures. (Photo: Title Nine)

As a company dedicated to making gear for hiking, running, cycling, swimming, snow sports, and more, Title Nine knows how important it is that products perform as promised, and that they last. That’s why every piece of gear gets the T9 Test, which puts products through the wringer by the company’s team of hikers, runners, and adventurers. The following pants and shorts passed with flying colors. So get outfitted, and get out there.

Clamber Collection

Want the ultimate do-everything pants? The pieces in the Clamber Collection are bestsellers for a reason. Exhibit A: the Recycled Clamber 2.0 Hiking Pants, which for 15 years has been a go-to pant for women who want hike-ready mobility, all-day comfort, and trusted durability. The light and tough fabric is a recycled nylon/spandex blend that’s been treated with a PVC-free DWR finish to enhance weather resistance, and it’s also rated UPF 50. Six pockets—two hand pockets, two drop-in, and two back pockets—easily and comfortably hold essentials. An internal cinch system adjusts the length of the pants along the sides.

The Recycled Clamber Cargo Pants are a new addition to the Clamber Collection. The pants are made with the same lightweight and durable material, but have a looser fit and two cargo pockets for extra storage. A cinch at the cuff allows you to roll up the ankle for wading through streams, adjusting ventilation, or simply changing the style. The Recycled Clamber 2.0 Hiking Capris add a fun, versatile option and, like the 2.0 Hiking Pants, can be cinched along the sides. Hot weather ahead? Check the Recycled Clamber Cargo Hiking Shorts with an 8-inch inseam and a total of six pockets. Whatever you go with, all Clamber Collection pieces have a stretchy waistband and snap closure for total comfort for an active lifestyle.

Cordillera Collection

On the more technical side, the Cordillera Cargo Hiking Pants up the ante in adventure-readiness, with a higher waist that provides coverage for hiking and scrambling steep terrain. A sleeve on the back of the band lets you quickly stash a shirt, and there’s plenty of storage with two zippered pockets, two drop-in pockets, and a back pocket. These pants and the Cordillera Hiking Shorts are made with the same durable, lightweight, and recycled material as the Clamber Collection, and are also rated UPF 50.

Title Nine is 100% women-owned, led, and driven. Since 1989, we’ve been breaking boundaries in women’s outdoor gear—designing, testing, and perfecting high-performance apparel that moves as fast as we do. We don’t just make gear for the trail; we build it for the women who run it.
