Today was a big day! Not in mileage or elevation gain or loss, but in milestones. Today not only did we climb to the highest point on the AT, Kuwohi (formerly called Clingmans Dome), but also passed the 200 mile mark of this journey!
Morning started like most, wake up stiff and struggle to put on the dirty clothes from yesterday. Today’s added bonus was that my clothes were still damp from yesterday! Which felt great in the cool morning air. …
