UK firm Talos reimagined the Ferrari 599 GTB as a road-legal racer.
Conversion adds extreme aero, uprated suspension, and a tuned V12.
Total cost reaches $1.1 million, excluding the donor Ferrari 599 GTB.
Many years have passed since the Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano ruled as Maranello’s grand tourer of choice. Its era gave way to the F12 Berlinetta, the 812 Superfast, and now the 12Cilindri. Yet somehow, that didn’t deter the UK outfit Talos from reviving it, this time as an obsessively upgraded limited run of just five cars.

While some might find the look edging dangerously close to 1990s Toyota Supra Mk4 tuner territory, Talos insists the XXT draws its inspiration from the track-only Ferrari 599XX, while keeping the everyday legality of the standard 599.
What Sets It Apart?
It certainly makes a statement, wearing a collection of redesigned carbon fiber parts that include a splitter, canards, wider fenders, a new hood, side intakes, a reworked rear diffuser, and a fixed rear wing that doesn’t exactly try to blend in.
The more aggressive aero and the 20-inch forged alloy wheels give the Castriota-designed Ferrari a racecar stance, without stepping into Mansory-levels of eccentricity.

Furthermore, the five eventual owners will get to personalize their Talos XXT to taste, choosing from bespoke liveries, matte or gloss carbon finishes, and custom interior trims. There’s also the option to throw in a roll cage and a modern infotainment setup.
Under the skin, the Talos XXT benefits from Ohlins suspension, which is said to offer a “refined and comfortable driving experience”, despite the track-ready looks.
What Drives It?
The naturally aspirated 6.0-liter V12 now produces 674 hp (503 kW / 683 PS), a gain of 63 hp over the stock 599 GTB. That means it outmuscles the GTO and Aperta but doesn’t quite reach the levels of the 599XX.

According to Talos, the XXT accelerates from 0-62 mph (100 km/h) in 3.5 seconds, with the same 205 mph (330 km/h) top speed as the original.
For those wanting more, Talos also offers optional upgrades for the engine, drivetrain, and exhaust system. The conversion can be applied to either right- or left-hand-drive cars, and manual examples are welcome too.
Jamie Thwaites, managing director at Talos Vehicles, said the project took more than two years and around 400 hours of development work.
How Much Does It Cost?
Apparently, that level of detail is reflected in the price, which starts at £850,000 ($1,110,000) before factoring in the donor car. In short, the Talos XXT costs more than twice the price of a brand-new Ferrari 12Cilindri, but exclusivity rarely comes cheap.
