Key responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition & Digital Assistant, you will assist all stakeholders in recruitment, implementing talent acquisition strategies, and following recruitment policies, HR procedures, administrative and legal aspects.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff and various clients in Europe and Mauritius to determine job requirements.

Receive CVs through our various platforms.

Screen CVs and conduct preliminary phone interviews with potential candidates.

Schedule and coordinate in-person or video interviews with candidates and various service managers.

Collaborate with the management team to develop and promote the company’s employer brand.

Evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Conduct reference checks.

Participate in the onboarding of new employees.

Monitor employees’ career paths: integration into the team, performance follow-up with respective managers, probation renewal, confirmation of positions, and career planning.

Assist in organizing recruitment events and track applications after events.

Track and report recruitment metrics and progress to the Chief of Staff.

Assist with other HR-related tasks concerning staff administration and management.

Reduction in the average time taken to process applications from job posting to selection.

Regular updates to the candidate database.

Base salary depending on your experience.

Salary range: Rs. 35k – Rs. 40k.

Candidate Selection Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.

At least 3 years of experience in human resources, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition for European clients on the Mauritian market.

Experience in employer branding and talent marketing would be an asset.

Excellent command of written and spoken French.

Strong writing and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong knowledge of IT and digital tools.

Familiarity with labor laws and labor regulations.

Strong proficiency in social media, recruitment platforms, networking, and Microsoft tools.

Well-organized with strong prioritization, discretion, and confidentiality skills.

Detail-oriented with high accuracy.

Autonomy and initiative.

Work condition:

Monday to Friday: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.

No operations on public holidays in Mauritius.

Up to 2 days of remote work per week after 6 months of on-site work.

3-month probation period.
