Beginning the Journey
In October, I lost my dad, and nothing has felt the same since. The grief has been heavy, unpredictable, and at times impossible to carry. So I’m doing the only thing I know how to do right now… I’m walking.
I started the Pacific Crest Trail from the southern terminus—2,650 miles of unknown, of healing, of putting one foot in front of the other, both physically and emotionally.
